Electronic Notice Delivery & Evidence Records

Electronic Notice Delivery. Documented Access. USPS Certified Mail When You Need It.

Upload a notice securely and make it available to the intended recipient. Before viewing the notice, the recipient must verify their identity and provide required consent. SameDayNotice records what was sent, who was granted access, when access occurred, and what the recipient did within the portal.

SameDayNotice is an electronic notice delivery platform that pairs a sender-ordered USPS mailing with separately authorized, identity-verified access to a securely uploaded document, with consent tracking, timestamped records and an evidence package. SameDayNotice is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

What does SameDayNotice record?

The platform records transmission, authentication, consent, access, download and print-request events, plus USPS tracking and Return Receipt information where available.

How is the recipient's identity verified?

The recipient completes the identity checks configured for the delivery. The successful check, consent, device context, and timestamps are recorded as part of the chain of custody.

What physical mailing options are available?

Physical mailing is ordered by the sender and proceeds on the sender's schedule. USPS Certified Mail and Return Receipt options are available.

What evidence do we get?
